The U.N. Universal Declaration of Human Rights, article 25, states that “Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care….”. These still life images were assembled in the studio by hand using found objects and monofilament. The juxtaposition of the objects and scale represent the inequalities and terror inherent in our healthcare system.
